Our Guarantees

Tradeline Posting Guarantee

If a tradeline is purchased before the published purchase deadline, we guarantee that the tradeline will be submitted for placement and is expected to report during the reporting cycle associated with that tradeline.

Authorized User Placement Guarantee

For all approved tradeline placements, we guarantee that the client will remain listed as an authorized user for a minimum of two monthly reporting cycles, provided the primary account holder remains in good standing and no unforeseen circumstances occur.

Bureau Reporting Guarantee

We guarantee that tradelines are intended to report to at least two of the three major consumer reporting agencies. Reporting practices vary by financial institution and are outside of our direct control.

Positive Payment History Guarantee

We only work with tradelines that have a history of on-time payments and no known late payments reported on the account.

Utilization Standard

At the time of placement, tradelines are selected from accounts that generally maintain low utilization levels. Our goal is to provide tradelines that reflect responsible account management.

What We Do Not Guarantee

No Score Increase Guarantee

Crenah Solutions LLC does not guarantee any increase in credit scores, financial profile ratings, lending decisions, or approval outcomes. Results vary from person to person based on the overall contents of their individual credit file and financial profile.

No Funding or Approval Guarantee

We do not guarantee approval for any loan, mortgage, automobile financing, credit card, line of credit, business funding, rental application, employment opportunity, insurance product, or any other financial product or service.

No Point Estimates

We do not estimate, predict, or guarantee specific score increases. We do not provide projections regarding how many points a client may gain or lose, nor do we guarantee that any tradeline will produce a particular result.

No Financial Outcome Guarantee

We do not guarantee that purchasing a tradeline will enable a client to reach a specific financial goal or qualify for any particular product or service.

Reporting Limitations

Tradelines may fail to report if a client has an active fraud alert, security freeze, identity theft alert, or other reporting restriction with one or more consumer reporting agencies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any freezes or alerts are removed prior to purchase.

Factors Beyond Our Control

Consumer reporting agencies, lenders, financial institutions, and primary account holders operate independently of Crenah Solutions LLC. Reporting timelines, bureau updates, and account reporting practices are outside of our direct control.
